Q: Where do I get an "Architectural Review Application form"?
A: Click on the link above or contact our community manager.

Q: Do I have to submit for Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval if I'm repainting my home the same color?
A: Yes
Q: Can I request paint colors not on the approved palette for my area?
A: Yes. Submit a review form and wait for a response. 

Q: Can I use a different brand of paint?
A: Yes, but you can't take advantage of Administrative Approval.

Q:  Is there an easy way to view the Paint Palette?
A:   Yes. Go to PDS at 17235 N 75th Ave, Building H100, Glendale, AZ 85308 to view notebooks with paint chips and sample color schemes. Ask the receptionist for the paint books for Arrowhead Ranch Phase II.
Q:  I'm in a hurry-is there a way to speed up the process?
A:  Yes, if you are only requesting body and fascia approval and the colors are on the approved palette for your area. Ask for "Administrative Approval" on your request form.
Q:  Where do I submit my completed form?
A:
   Mail or take to PDS at 17235 N 75th Ave, Building H100, Glendale, AZ 85308.  Paint chips and manufacturer color brochures can not be faxed and must be mailed or delivered.  Call the main line at 623-877-1396 if you experience any problems faxing.

Q:  Where can I get the full "Paint Palette" and/or the "Architectural Guidelines"?

Q:  What if my request is denied?
A:  You may resubmit at any time requesting a different color(s).

Q:  My request was denied. Can I appeal the ARC decision?
A:  Yes, you can appeal to the Board of Directors by submitting a letter to our community manager at PDS stating your address and basis for appeal. This can be a lengthy process as the Board meets monthly.

Q:  How long do I have to do the approved painting?
A:  Approval is valid for one year.
