The HOA's most valuable asset are our homeowners and residents.  There are 1205 Member households.  The 2000 Census reports that over 3300 people reside in Arrowhead Ranch Phase II.  Of those about 30% are under 18 years of age and about 15% are over 55 years of age.
The HOA Non-Profit Corporation relies on its Members to:
  • pay assessments to support the activities of the Association
  • maintain their home and yard in a clean and attractive manner so as to protect property values
  • abide by the CC&R's, Rules and Architectural Guidelines
  • volunteer their time to serve on the Board of Directors and various committees
  • report crime and suspicious behavior to keep our community a safe place to live
  • vote in elections for the Board of Directors
  • participate in surveys to express their views on Association matters and to obtain grant money to supplement the budget.

Our Association is only as strong as the Member participation.  Do your part!
