To view a map of criminal activity near your home, go to http://myneighborhoodupdate.net/ and enter an address in the upper left corner. 

The map shows the types and locations of criminal activities that has resulted in a police report being filed.  This site is very user friendly and you can change the date range of the displayed activity, search any Glendale address and even go to street level view of the crime location.
